Terlebih dahulu saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih atas kesudiaan para pelawat mengunjungi blog SK Kompleks Seberang Takir (STARS). Kepentingan ICT semakin berkembang secara drastik di seluruh dunia. Sebagai seorang pendidik atau pun ibubapa, kita tidak dapat lari dari keperluaan penggunaan ICT. Ini sememangnya memerlukan pengetahuaan ICT. SK Kompleks Seberang Takir (STARS) juga perlu seiring dengan perkembangan ICT bagi menjadi acuan pemangkin pengamalan dan pembudayaan ICT sebagai satu alatan berkesan dalam tugasan seharian dan PDP guru.
Adalah menjadi harapan saya wujudnya blog ini, akan dapat memberi peluang kepada pelanggan sekolah, khususnya ibubapa pelajar sekolah untuk lebih mengenali organisasi Sekolah ini. Adalah diharapkan juga agar guru-guru sekolah dan pelajar-pelajar sekolah ini khasnya, akan dapat memanfaatkan bahan-bahan dan maklumat-maklumat yang terdapat dalam blog ini.
Semua guru perlu menghayati Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia (PPPM 2013-2025) yang menjadi teras kepada perjalanan pendidikan negara khususnya bagi anjakan 7 - Menafaatkan ICT bagi meningkatkan Kualiti Pembelajaran di Malaysia. Diperingkat negeri, semua warga pendidikan perlu melaksanakan penekanan menerusi Gerakan Memperkasakan Transformasi Pendidikan (MTP) Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Terengganu yang menyokong kepada Perlaksanaan TTB (Transformasi Terenggganu Baharu) oleh YAB Dato Seri Ahmad Razif Bin Abd Rahman - Menteri Besar Terengganu khusunya pada Inklusif yang ke 8 - Memperkasakan Pendidikan.
Tanggung jawab mengangkat sekolah merupakan tanggung jawab semua guru, murid, staf, ibubapa, komuniti dan "stake holder".Akhir kata kepada semua warga STARS, marilah bersama kita lonjakan kecemerlangan pendidikan akademik murid kita kearah pencapaian yang terbaik.
